The job:

Swirl is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our quickly growing team. The AE will be responsible for working alongside the Account Supervisor in supporting multiple work streams and shepherding projects through to completion. He/She will work closely with internal agency teams, including Strategy, Media, Production, Product Management, Creative and Technology to ensure that work is being completed on time, on budget, and on brief. This is a great opportunity to work at the center of a collaborative, fully integrated team. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support day-to-day project management from start to completion, ensuring project is on time and meets client expectations; maintain and organize spreadsheets to understand the volume of deliverables, due dates and data/content
- Set up and prepare for internal meetings/brainstorms, including sending out meeting invites, securing the room, drafting meeting notes, ordering food/meeting supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure client feedback and concerns are spelled out clearly for and addressed appropriately without compromising the quality of the work
- Contribute as needed to the authoring of creative and project briefs
- Build a strong relationship with the team and clients, establishing yourself as a trusted member of the team as well as a client services representative
- Collaborate frequently with team to ensure members are assured of their roles, deliverable specifications, due dates and scheduling milestones
- Collaborate with Media and Producers to develop traffic worksheets and traffic final deliverables
- Proofread deliverables prior to client delivery and to vendors
- Partner with Finance to ensure monthly team expenses are turned in, processed and accurately coded to the right job/project numbers
- Actively participate in your personal education and development through attendance at internal and external training opportunities
- Help compile information for award submissions, case studies, presentations, agency meetings, etc.
- Keep an eye on the competitive for respective client industries and share out regularly with the team

We’re looking for people with:

- 1+ year experience in agency or client side company, or relevant internship experience; passion for advertising/marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills (and a good sense of humor is a plus!)                                
- Detail-oriented and a problem-solver who brings answers and ideas to the table at the same time as challenges
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and requests
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure and tight timelines
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong command of MS Office Suite, Mac/PC fluency required
