We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product management function and guide our products through the technology adoption life cycle. The Senior Product Manager plays a crucial role in steering our innovative solutions from concept to market acceptance. Responsible for overseeing our product management function, this strategic leader with a strong understanding of technology translates customer insights into tailored strategies, ensuring the effective progression of our autonomous robots through the technology adoption life cycle. With a focus on market dynamics, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of technology, the Senior Product Manager contributes significantly to our sustained growth and industry relevance. Based on outstanding performance and successful contributions to our product strategy, there is potential for this role to evolve into a leadership position, including the possibility of advancing to the role of Head of Product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to market launch.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align product strategies with the overall company vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market requirements.
- Work closely with the CEO on customer-related functionalities to ensure they align with the company's overarching strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the entire product life cycle, including product roadmaps, release plans, and ongoing enhancements.
- During the initial phase, collaborate hands-on with cross-functional teams, offering expertise that may extend to coding and/or design tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technology-related field, including but not limited to engineering, robotics, or machine learning.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a senior-level product management role within the technology industry, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and market achievements.
- Deep understanding of technology and its applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Track record of successfully bringing technology products to market and achieving mainstream adoption.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and visual mediums, to articulate ideas clearly and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in the robotics industry.
- Advanced degree (PhD, MBA or equivalent).
