We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for robotics, AI, and other roles within the company. You will partner with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to create effective hiring strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and the recruitment process, as well as a proven track record of sourcing and closing deep-tech talent. What you’ll be doing

    • Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with other external recruiters and internal team members to improve processes, tools, and recruitment practices.
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture and values within the technical community.
    • Contribute to the talent acquisition strategy.

What you must have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience in engineering recruiting for AI, deep learning, robotics (hardware and software), or similar deep-tech industries.
    • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill technical positions.
    • Expertise in all aspects of recruiting including, but not limited to: networking, sourcing, screening, interviewing, handling relationships with hiring teams and business partners, offer negotiation, and awareness of employment laws and employment market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
