Selling robots in the role of Senior Revenue Manager requires a comprehensive understanding of how our integrated solutions drive client success. This leadership position is critical in shaping our revenue generation strategy, with a focus on both sales and marketing execution. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager who will not only drive the growth of our sales infrastructure but also lead the integration of marketing efforts to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention. Candidates should have strong experience in B2B industries, preferably related to robotics and early-stage startups, with a proven track record in scaling marketing and sales through both hardware and software solutions. What you’ll be doing
- Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and value creation, ensuring all team members focus on delivering exceptional customer success.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for the robotics market, ensuring alignment between customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Plan, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Qualify and nurture sales leads by building strong customer relationships through various channels, including phone, email, personal visits, and participation in trade shows.
- Develop and implement strategies to build long-term client relationships, starting with identifying ideal clients, increasing customer spending, and extending their lifecycle.
- Gain deep expertise in our robotics products and their underlying technologies, analyzing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Strengthen our brand presence by serving as a client-facing representative, alongside field engineers, ensuring customers see us as trusted partners.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team at a later stage, guiding them toward achieving shared goals.
- Provide strategic insights to executives and product managers, contributing to informed decision-making that drives both revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate smooth internal processes and knowledge sharing across teams.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
- A minimum of five years of industry experience.
- Experience in international marketing and sales of complex commercial products that combine both hardware and software components.
- Experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Capable of gaining a deep understanding of our robotics solutions.
- Prioritizes customer success in all endeavors.
- Experience in early-stage companies, adept at developing and adapting marketing and sales strategies to align with a company’s growth phases—from initial product development and go-to-market launch to scaling for growth. Skilled in transitioning strategies to cater to early adopters and then expanding to the mainstream market, ensuring effective adaptation in a fast-paced startup environment.
