As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing the custom electronics our robots. You will work on various aspects, including power electronics, firmware, communication protocols, and interfaces, ensuring that the robot operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

    • Design and develop PCBA for robotic applications.
    • Build prototypes and test hardware components for functionality and performance.
    • Collaborate with software and embedded system engineers to integrate hardware components with software systems.
    • Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of robotic hardware.
    • Prepare documentation detailing hardware specifications, assembly instructions, and testing procedures.

Qualifications

    • At least MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
    • 15+ years of experience.
    • Extensive experience with PCB design and firmware.
    • Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, Kicad) and simulation software (SPICE).
    • Proficiency with electronics instrumentation for debugging.
    • Problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing hardware components.
    • Familiarity with consumer electronics and design for mass production is a plus.
    • Proven experience in leading teams and managing contractors and OEM/ODM
    • Experience in the automotive, aerospace, medical, and robotic sectors is a plus.
