As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will work on-site to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems. You provide technical support to clients, ensuring that robotics systems operate efficiently and effectively in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Install robotic systems at client sites and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware or software components of robots.
- Train clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotics systems.
- Maintain records of service activities, issues, and resolutions. Provide reports to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate field issues and contribute to product improvement.
Qualifications
- At least MSc in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of robotics hardware and software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site technical tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
