As a Robotics Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing the physical components and systems of our robots. You work on various aspects, including the mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, ensuring that the robot operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

    • Design and develop mechanical structures, electronics, sensors, and actuators for robots.
    • Build prototypes and test hardware components for functionality and performance.
    • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware components with software systems.
    • Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of robotic hardware.
    • Prepare documentation detailing hardware specifications, assembly instructions, and testing procedures.

Qualifications

    • At least MSc in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design.
    • Strong knowledge of electronics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
    • Experience with PCB design and embedded systems.
    • Understanding of mechanical principles and materials used in robotics.
    • Problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing hardware components.
