We are currently in search of a seasoned and strategic Senior Financial Manager to lead our financial management function and guide our financial operations to excellence. The Senior Financial Manager plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies from concept to successful implementation. Tasked with overseeing our financial management function, this strategic leader with a profound understanding of finance translates market insights into tailored financial strategies, ensuring the effective progression of our financial operations. With a focus on market dynamics, strategic financial thinking, and a deep understanding of financial technology, the Senior Financial Manager significantly contributes to our sustained growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Build and lead teams to drive financial operations from concept to successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align financial strategies with the overall company vision and goals.
- Conduct financial research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Define and prioritize financial features based on market requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with the CEO in communicating financial performance to investors and in the development of fundraising strategies and materials.
- Collaborate with various teams, including accounting, investment, and operations, to ensure cohesive financial positioning and strategies.
- Manage the entire financial life cycle, including financial planning, budgeting, and ongoing optimizations.
- During the initial phase, collaborate hands-on, offering financial expertise that may extend to analysis, company strategy, legal and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a senior-level financial management role, demonstrating a track record of successful financial strategies and achievements.
- Deep understanding of financial technology and its applications, with the ability to translate financial concepts for a non-financial audience.
- Track record of successfully implementing financial strategies and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and visual mediums, to articulate financial ideas clearly and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in the technology or related industry.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in finance or a related field.
