Responsibilities

    • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan for the robotics market.
    • Build Sales Team: Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team.
    • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors.
    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain B2B client relationships.
    • Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

    • Optimize Sales Process: Enhance sales processes and tools.

Qualifications

    • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in robotics or related technology. Proven track record in building and leading sales teams.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
    • Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
    • Analytical Ability: Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Customer Focus: Strong client relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
