Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced OS Systems (Embedded / Hardware) Engineer to join our Research & Systems Team, be responsible for developing system applications and internal tools to support our processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop, integrate and test software and firmware systems.
- Help in the definition of requirements and the development of internal software solutions to support production processes.
- Contribute to the design of novel solutions that can be integrated into our products, including the prototyping of new modules.
- Debugging and optimization of hardware production systems.
- Writes well-designed, efficient, and scalable code, and also participates in code reviews and contributes to the development of standards and best practices.
- Communicates with clients to gather requirements and provide technical support.
What you need to have:
- More than 3 years of experience with C/C++, Python and shell programming languages.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software/firmware for embedded systems.
- Good knowledge of Linux OS.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in people’s lives.
- Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
What we would love to see:
- Experience with sensor fusion/inertial sensing.
- Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), WiFi.
- Experience with NRF52 SoC.
- Experience with Zephyr RTOS.
