Introduction:

The Sr. Director of Consulting Relations (Alliances) at Sword Health will be responsible for spearheading the company's strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in expanding Sword Health's influence by managing alliances with key consulting firms. This role will lead the charge in crafting and executing strategies that leverage these partnerships for mutual growth and innovation.

What you'll be doing:

    • Lead the strategy and execution for alliance initiatives, ensuring they align with Sword Health’s growth objectives.
    • Develop and manage a top-tier Consultant Relations  team, focusing on talent acquisition and development.
    • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with consulting firms like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Lockton, etc., to foster strategic collaborations.
    • Innovate and implement partnership go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing Sword Health’s footprint in the digital health sector.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales through brokers and consultants, including joint marketing efforts.
    • Build strong executive relationships within partner organizations to ensure enduring and productive partnerships.
    • Monitor alliance performance, conducting detailed analyses and making strategic adjustments to meet partnership goals.
    • Act as the primary liaison for high-level issues, contract negotiations, and representation at industry and partner events.

What you need to have:

    • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, with a focus on consulting firms.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing alliance strategies that drive significant business outcomes.
    • Deep understanding of the digital health market dynamics and capability to drive growth.
    • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership at an executive level.
    • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • History of surpassing alliance and partnership targets with an eye on long-term strategic benefits.

$242,884 - $381,674 a year
*This range includes base, variable and equity
