Join the fast paced field of channel operations and support throughput, project management, and events to catapult Sword into our U.S. market footprint.
What you'll be doing:
- New business development with health plans and partners;
- Lead RFP and health plan proposal workstreams;
- Manage complex behind the scenes operations and administrative GTM builds;
- Sync regularly with HP team for requests and support;
- Train internal teams on best practices and rules of engagement;
- Business development Event support and coordination;
- Build out SFDC reporting & ASO dashboards and enforce hygiene;
- Develop strategic event proposals to drive health plan stakeholdership;
- Create new efficiencies in small ASO group sales building processes;
- Engineer health plan specific collateral design in conjunction with marketing;
- Craft and refresh microsites and manage product site expectations;
- Manage health plan partnership events, trainings, and conferences;
- Facilitate health plan projects, scaling small group channels, special events, outreach, campaigns, and ad-hoc requests;
- Own and maintain internal web resources for all HP/ASO channels.
What you need to have:
- Strong organizational skills, priority management, and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage critical channels independently;
- Enthusiastic and willing to present internal and external initiatives;
- Maintain strong relationships with health plan cross functional teams;
- Communicate clearly and effective updates to broad audiences;
- CRM fluency and reporting sales performance metrics;
- Managing multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously.

- Marketing and design experience with web and collateral;
- Health Plan or point solution partner experience.
