Seeking a talented Growth Engineer to drive user-centric design and development initiatives, shaping the interactive experiences of our digital products.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop professional web-based apps with an emphasis on rich interaction and responsive design.
- Creating interactions that delight the user.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the performance of growth initiatives.
- Develop frontend components/services to communicate with our backend APIs.
- Able to execute defined and prioritized tasks within the scope of the team with specific guidance from manager/TL.
- Focus on contributing to solve problems with defined solutions, receiving others perspectives and feedback, besides effectively collaborating to get work done.
- Able to understand and effectively participate in the core processes of the team (planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, etc), with high standard excellence of work.
- Communicates with the product team to define requirements and improve specifications.
What you need to have:
- Passion for creating novel and unique systems that have a direct impact on people’s lives.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
- Experience +4 years of experience with React.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design.
- Experience with the best programming practices and test-driven development.
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail and proportions.
- Good communication skills, natural leadership, winning personality and startup mentality.
