As a Senior Product Manager for Sword's mental health initiatives, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of innovative, user-centric digital mental health products that drive high patient engagement. Your products will be instrumental in achieving significant, reliable improvements in our patients' mental health outcomes while ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
What you need to have:
- At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Rapid Execution: The drive to achieve excellence quickly, showcasing your history as a rapid 0-to-1 executor with a relentless commitment to learning and prioritizing speed in shipping lean MVPs.
- Mission Empathy: Dedication to creating mental health products that resonate deeply with user needs.
- User Obsession: Demonstrable experience in putting the user first, with a proven track record of creating engaging experiences driven by a deep understanding of what drives user engagement.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to make hypothesis-driven, data-informed decisions, with at least 4 years of experience in product management or a related field that showcases your analytical mindset.
- Resourcefulness: A demonstrated ability to be resourceful, with a consistent history of achieving significant results even when resources are limited.
- Effective Communication: The ability to communicate complex strategies clearly, precisely, and in a structured manner.
