- Improve our marketing data layer by increasing our analytical sophistication through the creation of looker or google sheet dashboards that will inform the entire Move marketing vertical.
- Identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities based on performance data.
- Monitor top-tier clients and health plans, flagging underperformance and suggesting improvements.
- Propose and execute experimentation strategies, prioritizing projects with the highest ROI and managing projects through ideation and execution.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing experiments to enhance enrollment conversion rates across channels, working closely with the Content Marketing Manager.
- Measure and analyze test results and top client initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Design, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Clinical, and Operations.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, focusing on optimizing for customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C high-growth startup (preferably early-stage) or consulting/agency roles.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
- Expertise in analytical tools like Looker and Google Sheets; Mixpanel experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
