As a Business Analyst Trainee, you'll be a key member of the team, working closely with our leaders to support our international growth. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of a global business and contribute to high-impact projects.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll get hands-on experience in various departments, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations.

What you'll be doing:

    • Support the Team: Assist in day-to-day project management and operational tasks to help the team run smoothly;
    • Analyze Data: Help collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators and identify trends;
    • Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to defining and executing new business initiatives;
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to make our processes more efficient and help implement changes;
    • Project Management: Support leaders in managing impact projects from start to finish, working with various internal teams.

What you need to have:

    • Analytical Skills: You have a strong ability to break down problems and use data to find solutions;
    • Communication Skills: You are a clear and concise communicator, both in writing and speaking;
    • Proactive and Adaptable: You are a quick learner who is eager to take on new challenges and can thrive in a fast-paced environment;
    • Team Player: You're a collaborative person who works well with others and is motivated to support the team's goals;
    • Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and can balance thoroughness with the ability to get things done quickly.

Bonus Points:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management or related areas.
