As a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist at Swyftx, you work closely with our Digital Content Specialist to ensure our internal knowledge base, saved replies (macros), and Customer Help Center are current, accurate, and user-friendly. Your contributions will be pivotal in boosting our efficiency and elevating customer satisfaction to new heights.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

    • Regularly updating and refining our internal knowledge base to ensure all information is current and comprehensive. 
    • Crafting and revising Help Centre articles to address user needs, ensuring clarity, and enhancing user understanding. 
    • Managing and updating saved replies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in customer communications. 
    • Collaborating with the Customer Support and Product team to update content across automated agents, Help Centre, and other digital touchpoints. 
    • Engaging in continuous learning to stay ahead of product updates, industry trends, and content best practices. 

To be successful you will have:

    • A foundational understanding of content design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clarity. 
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. 
    • An inclination for teamwork and collaboration, capable of working harmoniously with different departments. 
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking innovative solutions to enhance user understanding and engagement. 
    • Willingness to learn about cryptocurrency and stay updated on industry trends, new cryptocurrencies, and changes in regulations.
