We’re looking for a Senior Digital Performance Specialist who’s passionate about driving growth through digital channels and eager to make a meaningful impact in the fintech space. As our Senior Digital Performance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s reach, generating high-quality leads, and enhancing customer engagement across Swyftx’s digital channels. Please note that this is a hybrid role, with two days each week based in our beautiful Milton office and the flexibility to work the remaining three days from home or the office, depending on your preference.
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Campaign Management: Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and retargeting networks, monitoring performance and budget allocation to maximise ROI.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights, leveraging Google Analytics and other tools to optimise conversion funnels, enhance customer targeting, and support growth initiatives in line with Swyftx’s strategic objectives.
- Market Innovation: Identify and recommend new performance marketing strategies and channels, with a focus on testing, measuring, and refining to improve customer acquisition and convey product benefits effectively.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies for programmatic advertising, ensuring alignment with Swyftx’s objectives, managing budgets, and optimising campaign outcomes to drive the best possible results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to align messaging, improve ad creatives, and ensure that campaign strategies are cohesive across all digital touch points.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role, in-house or agency-based, with a strong focus on SEM and paid social media, ideally covering both web and app-based advertising.
- Expertise in implementing SEM strategies, especially within Google Ads, Meta, and other key paid media platforms.
- A results-driven mindset, demonstrated by a track record of driving growth and achieving performance targets.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude that enables you to address challenges independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with a knack for identifying areas to improve automation and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of conversion funnels and optimization techniques to boost campaign performance.
- Familiarity with attribution tools like AppsFlyer and Branch, which would be an advantage but not essential.
