About the role
- We are looking for a motivated Growth Analyst to join our Growth team. In this role, you will support in analyzing data, monitoring performance, and helping execute growth initiatives that drive both dealer engagement and car sales performance. You will work closely with the Growth Manager to translate insights into actions, measure impact, and ensure alignment across users and cars.This is an ideal role for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in data-driven growth.
What you'll do
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of user activity, car performance, and selling rate metrics.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Growth KPIs (e.g., engagement, adoption, conversion).
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on dealer activity, car traction, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in designing and monitoring growth experiments (pricing, incentives, communication journeys).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, supply, pricing) to provide insights.
- Help identify quick-win opportunities to improve engagement, visits, and car sales.
- Maintain structured documentation of growth initiatives and outcomes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, growth, or business/data roles (internships or projects count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (basic to intermediate).
- Ability to structure reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
