As Sylndr's Content Marketing Manager, you will be the mastermind behind Sylndr's content strategy, leading the creation and execution of campaigns that amplify our brand voice, engage target audiences, and drive key business objectives. You'll be responsible for all our content channels, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and maximum impact.

Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Sylndr's marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct audience research and analysis to understand Customers’ needs, interests, and pain points.
- Identify and capitalize on trending topics and industry insights.
- Create a content calendar encompassing diverse formats and channels (e.g., blog posts, social media, CRM marketing, website content, performance marketing, ATLs).

Content Creation & Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including videos, articles, infographics, social media posts, and more.
- Oversee content creation by agencies, ensuring brand consistency and editorial standards.
- Manage the content creation workflow from conception to publication.

Distribution & Optimization:
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize content performance across different channels.
- Analyze content metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.

Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing team, growth team, product team, and other departments to ensure content aligns with broader business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

Who you are !!

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2C Startup.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive measurable results.
    • Extensive experience with the video production process, from concept development to editing and publishing.
    • Experience with ATLs (Above the Line marketing strategies), such as TV, radio, and print advertising, is a strong plus.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to create compelling content across various formats, including written, visual, and video.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
