As a Strategy and Planning Analyst you will be responsible for preparing financial presentations, managing stakeholder communications, conducting industry analysis, and supporting ongoing projects. You will be part of a multi-cultural and dynamic team that takes pride and ownership of our work and encourages positive disruption!

What You'll Do!

    • Lead origination of business development initiatives through conducting relevant industry analysis and macroeconomic research, including market screening of peers M&A deals, extraction of market-based multiples, and gathering of market intelligence data.
    • Assist the Strategy and Planning function in managing deliverables of ongoing projects throughout the end-to-end processes with effective coordination with internal & external stakeholders including peers, shareholders, legal counsels & regulatory bodies.
    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual decks for different purposes; board presentations, lenders’ performance review & internal memos/decks.
    • Preparation of complex financial models for analytical purposes to support the overall strategic planning process. 

Who You Are!

    • Proven application of research skills, including macro, industry-specific, and regulatory analysis.
    • Proven practical application of exceptional financial modeling skills.
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to influence others towards strategic goals and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude towards complex tasks at hand. 
    • Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
    • Fair knowledge of corporate finance and/or lending principles is a plus (current or previous candidacy of CFA Level I or accredited credit course).
