About the role: 
As the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager at Sylndr, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and fostering a culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our talented team and contribute to the strategic planning that aligns with our business goals.

What will you do?

    • Lead and guide operational recruitment and manpower planning activities.
    • Develop and enhance effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring they align with our future-oriented recruiting practices.
    • Craft an exceptional candidate experience to impact Sylndr's employer reputation positively.
    • Act as the first point of contact for business partners, providing consultation on talent acquisition with a deep understanding of the talent market.
    • Address operational talent acquisition challenges across various stakeholder groups.
    • Manage budget responsibilities, collaborate with vendors and agencies, and oversee the talent acquisition team's coaching and development.

What We're Looking For:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a recruitment team.
    • Proven experience formulating and driving talent acquisition strategy focusing on immediate needs and long-term objectives.
    • Proficiency in utilizing metrics and KPIs to evaluate talent acquisition performance against targets.
    • Ability to own and manage executive-level relationships, aligning them with the talent acquisition strategy.
    • Quick adaptability to new tasks and enthusiasm for internal pilots and projects.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of setting teams up for success.
    • Analytical mindset, experienced in reporting and strategic thinking, with an awareness of the current talent market and its trends. Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
