About the Role:
The Decision Support Business Partner will provide strategic financial insights and analyses to drive the performance and profitability of the wholesale vertical.

What will you do:

    • Evaluate the financial health of the wholesale vertical through comprehensive financial analyses, assessing performance and profitability.
    • Participate in the strategic launch of new products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and conducting unit economics analyses to advise on cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability expectations.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for dealers, focusing on metrics related to dealer retention, sales activity, and revenue generation.
    • Provide actionable insights based on KPI analysis to support dealer management and enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Drive the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize profitability and maintain competitive positioning in the market.
    • Support inventory management decisions to balance supply and demand, ensuring the availability of the right vehicles without excess stock.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, summarizing performance metrics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
    • Build and manage the annual budget for the wholesale vertical, including revenue forecasting, cost estimation, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with profitability goals.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and dealer activation teams to provide insights and forecasts that inform pricing strategies and negotiation tactics.

Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting.
    • Knowledge of the automotive market and familiarity with the used car sector is preferred.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
