About the role

    • We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to provide excellent service and support to customers in person. Your main role will be to assist with customer inquiries, ensuring they receive the help they need in a timely and friendly manner. You will also assist with managing customer appointments, handling basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Who you are

    • Strong face-to-face communication skills
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive, customer-focused attitude
    • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
    • Moderate English proficiency

    • Greet and assist customers as they arrive
    • Connect customers with the appropriate team members
    • Provide product information and address customer inquiries
    • Ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience
