About the role

    • The Customer Operations Specialist will be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and friendly. You’ll support customers in person by answering questions, guiding them through their appointments, and providing the assistance they need on the spot. Alongside customer care, you’ll also help with day-to-day administrative tasks and keep the space organized and welcoming, ensuring both customers and the team have a seamless experience.

Who you are

    • Strong face-to-face communication skills
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive, customer-focused attitude
    • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
    • Moderate English proficiency

    • Location: City Center Almaza, but candidates must be flexible with location
