About the role

    • As a Salesforce Intern, you'll support our CRM and sales operations by helping configure, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, assist in generating reports and dashboards, and help optimize workflows that support business processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a powerful CRM tool in a real-world setting while learning best practices in sales and customer relationship management systems.

What You'll Need

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
    • Basic understanding of CRM systems or business operations
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus (Trailhead modules or certifications are a bonus)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
