About the role
We seek a passionate, customer-focused individual with a background in hospitality and a genuine love for cars to join our team as a Retail Experience Specialist. As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will create exceptional customer experiences and promote our brand within our retail location.

What You’ll Do?

    • You'll be responsible for the following:
    • Elevate Customer Experience:
    • Craft and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the showroom, ensuring a "wow" factor for every visitor.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the retail experience, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Establish, foster, and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
    • Maximize sales performance through personalized interactions that go beyond transactional engagements.
    • Product Knowledge Mastery:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our automotive offerings to effectively communicate and showcase the unique features and benefits to customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to customers.
    • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
    • Collaborate seamlessly with various departments within the company to ensure a unified and efficient  
    • Sales Performance Optimization:
    • Leverage your strong background in hospitality to drive sales performance through an emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing revenue opportunities.
