About the role
We're seeking an Insights Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across all departments. Your role involves identifying risks and opportunities, particularly in marketing, operations and BI teams. You'll leverage SQL proficiency to build dashboards, present insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

    • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and operations, to provide relevant insights to optimize performance.
    • Interpret data findings, identify key drivers of performance, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Work with BI team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
    • Present data findings in a clear and concise manner, using charts, graphs, and other visual representations.

Who you are

    • Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Business informatics, Computer science, Engineering  , or a related discipline.
    • 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis, insights generation, or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Excel).
    • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis is a plus.
