About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a Pricing Senior Manager, You will play a crucial role in pricing recommendations, findings and strategies. You will be the Specific point of contact in pricing automation and accuracy projects. You will work closely with Data science, Marketplace and Insights to maximize profitability.

What you'll do

    • Collect, cleanse, and analyze pricing data from various sources to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
    • Collaborate with the marketplace team to design and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and maximize profitability.
    • Present pricing findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
    • Maintain, validate and develop pricing models and equations.
    • Ownership of pricing process review and improvement.
    • Work and supervise the Data science team on pricing initiatives and projects.

Who you are

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
    • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, quantitative modeling, and machine learning techniques.
    • Familiar with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
    • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies, revenue management, and pricing optimization concepts.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
