About the role
- We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Showroom Specialist to manage customer visits and assist with administrative tasks in our showroom. Your primary role will be to direct customers to the appropriate salesperson, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will also support the team with scheduling, customer records, and maintaining showroom organization.
What you will do
- Greet customers and direct them to the right salesperson.
- Manage customer flow to ensure efficient service.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ensure showroom displays are neat and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Who you are
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Moderate English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
