Executive Assistant to CEO

Symphony Commerce is revolutionizing Commerce-as-a-Service (CaaS) and is disrupting traditional software models by providing the Discovery-to-Door commerce infrastructure to allow brands to quickly launch commerce capabilities across all channels.  We have raised over $50M in funding from the most-respected investment partners including Bain Venture Capital, FirstMark and CRV.  We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO.


    • Provide seamless support to the CEO to help set and support the business direction of the organization
    • Heavy calendar management and travel coordination for CEO. Make sure the executive's day is organized and productive!·
    • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan and coordinate events
    • Organize team meetings, conferences, and social events
    • Field emails by priority
    • Assist with creation of complex excel documents
    • Anticipate challenges and plan accordingly ahead of need
    • Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team, ranging from organizational communication mechanisms to planning business meetings
    • Review and edit business documents and presentations with a high level of accuracy
    • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items


    • 3+ years (give or take) of EA experience at the C-level.
    • Very approachable, outgoing, friendly personality
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
    • Capability to work independently at times without much supervision
    • Flexible, versatile, and open-minded
    • Meticulous
