Product Manager*

San Francisco

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.  


    • Design, track, and present project metrics in weekly leadership meetings
    • Communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and competitors to resolve conflicts
    • Mentor team members on the latest research, including customer feedback, data analysis, personal stakeholder experience, and industry insight to craft an execution strategy that meets business, customer, and system needs
    • Provide input to the engineering team regarding the creation of user friendly and developer friendly tools
    • Provide customer feedback to engineering team to support responsive email editing that is as customizable as websites
    • Improve the operational efficiency of the team, roadmap, and process
    • Guide product features deployments


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
    • 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar
    • Will accept MS + 2 in lieu of BS + 4
    • Experience must be post-baccalaureate but may be gained prior to master’s degree
    • 2 years of experience improving website performance
    • 2 years of experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other front-end technologies
    • 1 year of experience creating WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) website builders or content management tools for non-technical audiences
    • 2 years of experience building high availability applications
