We are looking for results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you are the face of Synapse, talking to potential leads that reach out to us about our banking products and services, and facilitating relationships within Synapse to best support our customers.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Respond to inbounds to generate interest and qualify leads
    • Achieve agreed upon sales quotas
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure lead converts into a customer
    • Maintain business and technical knowledge, and being able to clearly articulate product and service specifications
    • Achieve agreed upon sales quotas
    • Supply management and product teams with reports on customer feedback and insight in order to drive the product roadmap
    • Maintain an orderly sales pipeline

    • Take ownership: you will be in charge of running the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring customer success post-closing as well
    • Proactively communicate: solve problems and answer questions before the customer or teams inside Synapse run into issues
    • A general concern for the wellbeing of others. Ability to empathize with your coworkers and clients.
    • Power through tough issues in order to find the absolute best solution to a problem. Synapse prides itself on working on problems that maximize a positive future for humanity.
    • Come with an open mind - you will be wrong sometimes but always try to seek help and learn from any mistakes.

    • An entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible
    • The ability to implement feedback, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas

Key Qualifications:

    • A strong understanding of Technical Sales with the ability to discuss common business use cases and models.
    • A basic understanding of programming, specifically related to how companies would interact with Synapse
    • Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably B2B
    • An understanding or passion for FinTech would be an added bonus!
