We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a remote Senior Account Executive to join our team ASAP. Your primary mission will be to close as many clients/deals as possible:

• Sending email campaigns daily with our email automation software (Apollo)

• Sending messages via LinkedIn to prospects 

• Warm and Cold Calls

• Taking client intake/intro calls: presenting our services, figuring out their needs, proposing hiring solutions, negotiating a contract, and getting them signed

• Generating new lines of business, for example RPO, Staff Augmentation, Retained Executive Search etc..

• Interested in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc..)

• Prior experience with Apollo, HubSpot

• 5 years + BD for recruiting, consulting services, or software companies

• Deep experience with email marketing for business development 

• Excellent command of verbal and grammatical English

• Closer, never give up and stay assertive yet strategic to close deals

• Business-minded attitude

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Detail-oriented and goal-setter

• Passionate about helping people

• Desire to explore exciting new industries
