The Role
Synapticure is seeking a Provider Relations Manager to serve as a key field-facing representative, responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with primary care practices and delivery system leadership in Albuquerque, NM. This role is focused on driving engagement and adoption of Synapticure’s programs for patients and families living with neurodegenerative diseases.
Reporting to the VP of Engagement, you will serve as the primary on-the-ground liaison, delivering Synapticure’s value proposition clearly and persuasively while addressing practice needs and overcoming barriers to adoption. You will be accountable for monthly engagement goals and will collaborate closely with clinical, product, and implementation teams to support program rollouts and ensure sustained success. Job Duties - What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers, practice managers, and delivery system leadership in the local market
- Serve as Synapticure’s in-field representative, communicating the mission, program benefits, and value proposition to clinical teams
- Use consultative engagement techniques to overcome objections and address practice needs with empathy and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate practice onboarding, training, and support during and after program rollout
- Achieve and exceed monthly practice engagement and adoption targets, tracking activity and reporting progress to leadership
- Facilitate in-practice education sessions and provide resources to help practices integrate Synapticure programs into workflows
- Identify practice-specific challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tailored solutions
- Provide feedback from the field to inform program improvements and enhance both provider and patient experiences
- Schedule recurring practice visits to maintain referral pipelines and support engagement with hard-to-reach patients
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clinical and administrative audiences
- Document engagement activities, challenges, and outcomes in CRM/tracking tools and provide timely reporting on key insights, risks, and progress
Requirements – What we look for in you
- 5+ years of experience in field sales, provider engagement, or practice relations within healthcare or health technology
- Proven ability to engage primary care providers and clinical leadership using a consultative approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a geographically dispersed portfolio and multiple priorities
- Understanding of primary care environments, workflows, and challenges strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Familiarity with neurodegenerative diseases or population health programs a plus

Travel Expectations
This is a field-based position located in Albuquerque, NM, requiring regular in-person practice visits and local travel to maintain provider relationships and patient engagement.
