We're seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be a key player in developing high-impact marketing assets and web content that effectively communicate our brand message and propel our commercial success in the Cell & Gene Therapy market. From eye-catching presentations and email campaigns to engaging flyers and beyond, your design skills will drive awareness and support our overall marketing goals.

What You'll Do:
- Marketing Asset Creation: Design a wide range of visually appealing marketing materials including presentations, marketing emails, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, Hubspot campaigns, web pages and more.
- Brand Evolution: Collaborate with the marketing team and commercial leadership to refine and evolve our brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity across all channels.
- Design Execution: Translate marketing concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing managers and product managers to develop high performing automation campaigns for key target audiences.
- Project Management: Work effectively within deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketers, and commercial teams to align design elements with overall marketing strategies.
About You:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing-focused role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) & presentation design for Powerpoint or Google Slides, prior experience with email platforms and marketing automation.
- Visual Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to connect design choices with business objectives.
- Market Awareness: Understanding of key life sciences concepts
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency in all design deliverables.
- Extended Marketing Skills: Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.). Experience with web design principles (HTML, CSS), multimedia and video editing are considered an asset.

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
Base salary listed is dependent on experience.
