We are now expanding our Syntronic office in Santa Clara, California. Are you ready to be part of Syntronic US team working with product development including Research & Development, Manufacturing and Aftermarket Services.

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Business Development Representative working with Sales and Marketing activities. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. You will use your communication skills to develop strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

What you will do:

· Expand the business within R&D, Manufacturing and Aftermarket services.

· Expand the business with on-site consultants.

· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

· Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails etc.

· Present our company to potential clients.

· Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

· Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

· Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. · Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. · Report to the higher management on sales results.

· Stay up to date with new products/services.

· Manage and grow existing and new customer accounts.

· Work with internal engineering teams to support customer requests and develop compelling proposals.

· Develop and present clear and effective written proposals and quotations to customers.

· Expand the Syntronic brand with different marketing activities.

· Participating in trade shows and conventions to help determine market/ customer needs.

· Conduct market research.

· Travel when needed.

What you'll need to get the job done:

· BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.

· Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.

· Experience selling either software or hardware engineering services in one or more market areas: Telecom, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, MedTech, Connected Devices, IoT.

· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

· Track record of achieving sales targets.

· Experience with CRM software.

· Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).

· Understanding of sales performance metrics.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

· Results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English required.

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to communicate product and service offerings, capabilities, and business value including creating customer presentations.

· Valid driver’s license and car.
