What you will do
- Campaign Operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, you will manage end-to-end campaign workflows and email marketing processes—audience segmentation, automation, lead scoring, and nurture programs—in Marketo, integrated with Salesforce.
- Campaign Optimization. You will monitor and refine campaign performance in real time to maximize conversion and return on investment.
- Reporting & Insights. You will produce monthly performance reports for growth and corporate marketing, emphasizing important metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Data & Analytics. You will create dashboards, perform ad-hoc analysis, and obtain relevant insights for partners.
- Technology Administration. You will administer Marketo and oversee integrations with Salesforce and martech systems.
- Tool Evaluation. You will assess new marketing technologies to enhance efficiency, measurement, and scalability.
- Process Development. You will define, document, and maintain SOPs, operational playbooks, and training materials to support scalable marketing operations.
What you will bring with you
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in Marketo administration.
- An understanding of automation and integration tools, like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Project management skills.
