Proven Experience: At least seven years in a backend engineering role, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin and frameworks such as Spring Boot.

DevOps Mastery: A strong command of DevOps practices, encompassing Git, CI/CD implementation, and comprehensive monitoring and observability strategies.

Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Akka, Kafka, and Flink.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Azure Databricks, Terraform, or similar cloud-related technologies is a valuable asset.

Containerization Knowledge: Familiarity with containers, Docker and orchestration platform such as Kubernetes to optimize application deployment and scaling.

Database Expertise: Knowledge spanning multiple database technologies, including Cassandra DB, Hadoop, SQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.

Open-Source Enthusiasm: A passion for working with, contributing to, and open-source technologies that drive innovation.

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science to underpin your practical skills with a solid theoretical foundation.
