The Senior Accounting Manager will have primary responsibility for the daily accounting functions and month-end closing of T5 Corporate entities and single purpose data centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and/or review general ledger entries as required for the organization, including month-end accruals, wire transfers, month-end closing entries, payroll, etc.
    • Perform month-end close procedures for property-level and corporate financial statements, including reconciling accounts, financial statement preparation, & P&L analytics
    • Responsible for timely and accurate T5 Corporate entity billings.
    • Participate and lead parts of the annual financial statement audits
    • Assist with process improvement and automation
    • Special projects as required
    • Manage, track and record daily cash activity which includes updating the weekly cash projection schedule Assists with inquiries from auditors, investors, or other third parties as assigned, including running reports and answering questions as needed
    • Provide other accounting support as needed to other functional areas
    • Other such duties as you may be asked to perform from time to time in support of T5 operations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience required, required
    • Bachelor's degree, degree in accounting or finance required
    • CPA or CPA candidate beneficial and strongly preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES

    • Experience with the Yardi Voyager or Netsuite preferred
    • Strong proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and Windows. Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner, required
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, required
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while working independently, required
    • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, required
    • Exceptional organizational, quantitative and problem solving skills, required

    • Thorough understanding GAAP accounting rules
