Job Title: Lead Behavior Technician
General Job Function: Provide 1:1 Direct Care to clients of TACT
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, experience working with children
Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
Duties:
· Working with clients of varying ages and backgrounds (e.g., Autism,etc.)
· 35+ hours a week scheduled, weekends not required
· Must be available 3 nights a week to work
· Direct implementation of behavior analytic therapy (e.g., Behavior Plan implementation, data collection, implementation of skill acquisition programs, etc.) under the direction of a BCBA
· Interaction with all stakeholders in a professional and dignified manner
· Accurate reporting of such duties on your time sheet.
· Providing cancellation coverage when feasible for client 97153 hours or related direct care.
