Job Title: Junior Practitioner
 
General Job Function: Provide Case Supervision under direct supervision of a licensed Behavior analyst.
 
Qualifications: Master’s Degree and accrued field experience
 
Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
 
Billable Requirements: You will be expected to provide at least 300 patient facing hours per company calendar quarter.
 
Working Requirement: You will be expected to work at least 40 hours per week.

Duties

    • Provide at least 25 hours per week of client facing services e.g a blend of direct and supervision (may be additional if assigned by Case Behavior Analyst)
    • Maintain and manage a caseload under direct supervision of a Behavior Analyst
    • The design, implementation & systematic monitoring of skill acquisition & behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst
    • Researching relevant literature to clinical case oversight projects & reporting findings to case Behavior Analyst
    • Oversight of implementation of 97153 Services by Technicians (i.e., non-billable direction) & adherence to TACT Specific 97155 documentation/direction policies)
    • Conducting on-going skill based & functional behavior assessments as directed by the case Behavior Analyst, analyzing assessment results & making clinical recommendations to Behavior Analyst
    • Once treatment outcomes are determined, assisting case Behavior Analyst in writing, training & on-going supervision of treatments as aligns with above tasks
    • Assisting case Behavior Analyst with Treatment Plan writing when clinically appropriate (e.g., familiar with client, objectives, trained, etc.)
    • Providing technician & caregiver trainings
    • Providing cancellation coverage when feasible for client 97153 hours or related direct care
    • Summing and graphing client data as needed
    • Assisting Case Behavior Analyst in oversight of the graduate case assistant assignments as needed
    • Maintaining availability to address technician questions during therapy session hours
    • Assisting the Case Behavior Analyst in managing team & parent communication
    • Meeting regularly with Case Behavior Analyst
    • Presenting client data at clinical review meetings (when schedule allows)
