Assignments may include, but are not limited to: Data summary, data graphing, curriculum design, supervision, design and implementation of Functional Analysis (FA) protocols and subsequent function-based treatments

Job Description:
A Behavior Analyst at The Autism Community Therapists (TACT) contributes to the mission of the agency by ensuring all of our clients have access to outstanding clinical care primarily through development of individualized treatment programs and on-going supervision of treatment programs for individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavior Analysts at TACT utilize analysis driven work to ensure the highest level of efficacy is achieved for all clients. TACT prides itself on our on-going commitment to research informed clinical application of behavior analytic interventions

Responsibilities

    • Oversee a caseload of 7 – 9 clients
    • Direct supervision of ABA Technicians
    • Client-Specific trainings for ABA Technicians
    • Treatment plan development (e.g., functional analysis, treatment analysis, behavior guideline development)
    • Development of individualized objectives
    • Skill acquisition curriculum development (e.g., conducting skills assessments and writing programs)
    • Parent training
    • Tertiary Job Responsibilities (as needed)
    • Light schedule coordination
    • Direct therapy

Qualifications/Experience

    • Certification of a BCBA (must maintain certification)
    • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst Certification (LABA)
    • Experience with supervision and training
    • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
    • At least 2 years experience in supervisory role

    • Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
