Who you are
We’re currently looking for a Social Coordinator to join our social team. This is an exciting junior-to-mid role focused on flawless content coordination, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration. If you’re organized, proactive, and social media-savvy, we want to hear from you.

- You have a strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) and how brands show up on each.
- You’re organized, responsive, and can juggle multiple tasks without letting things fall through the cracks.
- You’re detail-obsessed, especially when it comes to publishing content or tracking live posts.
- You’re a clear communicator in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- You’re collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- You bring positive energy, always ready to find solutions and keep things moving.

What you'll do

    • Coordinate and schedule social content across platforms, using Sprinklr and native tools.
    • Track and maintain the content calendar, ensuring seamless planning and publishing.
    • Liaise with social and internal teams to align on briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Cross-check content (copy, visuals, specs, tags, hashtags) before going live.
    • Monitor live content across channels and flag any issues for correction.
    • Support on campaign rollout logistics, and monthly content planning.
    • Join brainstorms and contribute to ideation for platform-native, engaging content.
    • Maintain documentation and internal trackers for campaigns and always-on content.
    • Coordinate giveaways, community prompts, and live activations (as needed).

What you bring

    • 1–2 years experience in social, creative, or digital marketing agency experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of content formats, tone, and trends across platforms.
    • Familiarity with Sprinklr, Google Sheets, Airtable, and other project management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing up and across teams.
    • Comfortable with fast turnarounds and changing priorities.
    • An eye for content and a feel for what resonates on social media.

Bonus points

    • Experience working on e-commerce or large-scale brand accounts.
    • Familiarity with GCC markets and cultural nuances.
    • Interest in tracking performance metrics and content effectiveness.
