A motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager, who has an interest in coffee and shares our passion for increasing human wellness.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for raising awareness of our products and brand with a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, partnerships, community building, and events.

    • Develop the brand voice and tone within our community, across digital and print channels
    • Create and execute on a multi-channel marketing vision, including digital, social, partnerships, community building
    • Plan, and execute on events, activations, and unique marketing tactics that disrupt conventional marketing norms and make Taika stand out
    • Provide strategic and critical thinking in the event selection and activation plans for the distributor territory
    • Manage the marketing and sponsorship budget; ensure the budget is leveraged effectively to achieve market objectives
    • Identify key high-traffic, consumer-centric locations, and events to deliver brand awareness and trial driving experiences
    • Manage a master event calendar that organizes logistical details and sampling objectives
    • Build relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners
    • Develop collaborative strategies to impact sales velocity


    • 5+ years marketing management experience at at a consumer tech company (for at least part of your career) or CPG company
    • Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly & easily
    • Experience owning the entire marketing lifecycle from strategy, planning and budgeting to tactical execution
    • Experience and knowledge of with digital and offline marketing channels
    • Experience at mission-driven brand-building
    • Experience managing external agencies and getting the very best out of them
    • Demonstrable experience successfully leading revenue and growth within an early-stage start-up
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
    • Proficient with software; speak both mobile and web
    • Comfort with basic analytics
    • Strong business judgment and creative problem-solving skills
