You are
A highly motivated and enthusiastic person who has an interest in coffee and shares our passion for increasing human wellness through products that are functional, healthy and delicious.
Your job will focus on managing and growing the lifetime value of existing accounts across the retail channel. This is one of our key growth drivers and a critical role for the company. As the primary point of contact for our retail accounts, you have experience managing customers, are well versed in all sales processes and able to successfully navigate the retail channel.

    • Manage and build relationships with key retail accounts, including:
    • Regularly visit and meet existing store accounts to build and grow relationships
    • Maintain an up-to-date CRM
    • Process account payments
    • Manage account fulfillment
    • Increase lifetime value of retail accounts
    • Be an activator of the brand in the field; educate buyers, store managers, partners and customers
    • Identify, develop and manage a new retail accounts target list to support new account acquisition by the business development team
    • Initiate, plan and manage the execution of strategic execution of product samplings and demos within accounts
    • Manage in-store merchandising
    • Manage strategic spend and small sample inventory
    • Improve our presence at the store level. Place signage, secure better or alternative placements, organize product demos, etc.


    • 3-5 years CPG sales, account management or related business development experience in NYC and the Tri-State Area, we strongly prefer beverage/food success and experience
    • Proficient with software; speak both mobile and web, specifically experience working with a CRM (e.g Salesforce)
    • Proven success with new customer business development, and effectively creating successful execution
    • Able to demonstrate a keen understanding of fundamentals of pricing, promotions, gross profit, gross margin strategies and execution
    • Physically capable of tasks including but not limited to repeated lifting of 30 pounds or more, extended amounts of standing, stooping, crouching, and climbing
