Responsibilities

    • Leadership of the sales organization in the largest metro area of Pakistan.
    • Be supremely comfortable spending the majority of your time in the market.
    • Continuous training, evaluation and upgrading of team members.
    • Recruit and retain the highest quality talent to build the best sales team in Karachi.
    • Travel across Karachi to meet customers and manage your team.

Requirements

    • Multiple years of GT experience with an FMCG company.
    • Be comfortable speaking the language of the customer.
    • Think from first principles. Do not blindly follow market norms.
    • Live and breathe sales as your professional mission.
    • Experience with technology is not required. We will teach you.
