HRBP ensures Distribution Center goals are aligned with Company’s objectives.
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working as HRBP in FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Ensure the staffing needs of Distribution Center are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes, build pipelines of potential applicants and ensure a positive experience.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues in coordination with HR Lead. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Identify training needs and coordinate for training with their respective functions.
- Recommend employee engagement activities and coordinate with their respective function for participation.
- Ensure and implement performance evaluation evaluation criteria for their functions.
