About the Role
As an Entry-Level Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist, you will support the design, coordination, and facilitation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and professional growth in alignment with operational and business needs. You will work closely with the L&D team and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. This role plays a crucial part in executing our learning roadmap, supporting employee upskilling initiatives, and ensuring training operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate excellent research and analytical skills
- Drive training completion and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure project and program timelines
- Create monthly / quarterly reports focusing on training impact and results
- Aligned training initiatives with the organizational goals
- Proactively create and design new projects with the intention to improve current processes of the business
- Create and maintain a healthy engagement both for in-house and external service providers
- Design training materials that target key results in alignment with the training programs and specific business needs
- Update and ensure that all training materials are relevant and up to date
- Help with the delivery and tracking of regulatory and compliance related trainings
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in conducting and facilitating training programs both online and in person
- Experience working in a Fintech would be an advantage
- Video Editing experience is a plus (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Effects)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must meet the following criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance, Statistics or any Math related majors
- Psychology, Secondary Education or other research related courses
- With demonstrated leadership capabilities gained through a variety of extracurricular activities and engagements, both within and beyond the academic setting
