Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategy across various channels. Responsible for leading the development of compelling social media content, overseeing the social media team. What You’ll do?

    • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and their application across different digital platforms.
    • Proven experience in leading successful social media and communication campaigns.
    • Capacity to manage and lead a team.
    • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand loyalty.
    • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and tone consistency.
    • Strong communication skills.Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.
    • Strong understanding of social media trends and strategies and their application across different digital platforms.
    • Demonstrated creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach in content ideation and execution.
    • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
    • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
    • Ability to work cross functionally with different teams

    • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
    • Proficient understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube, and the ability to leverage them effectively for brand growth.
    • Develop and implement communication strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Responsible for key metrics of engagement and reach for all organic content initiatives.
    • Ensure and maintain a consistent messaging across product, brand, social and organic initiatives.
    • Lead the creation and publication of engaging organic content.
    • Lead the financial education efforts.
    • Manage and lead the social media team to ensure consistent quality, growth and positioning of key messages.
    • Foster creative content initiatives that ensure growth and positioning of our brand with our target audience.
    • Establish and develop an in-house team for video content creation.
    • Oversee all copywriting and messaging, ensuring consistency and impact.
    • Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok and YouTube.
    • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and team management.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Understanding and experience working with CRMs.
    • Fluent in EnglishGrowth mindsetStrong portfolio demonstrating content creation and management skills.
    • Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

    • Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in the fintech industry or related fields.
    • Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels.
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and optimize content performance.
    • Previous experience in leading social media teams.
