Tala is a financial technology company on a mission to enable and accelerate financial health for all. Tala is  looking for a passionate, data-driven and customer-centric Content & Community Associate to join us in our mission.

The Content & Community Associate will be part of the Philippine Marketing Team driving customer retention marketing, engagement tactics, campaign planning, acquisition, and execution. Highly creative, strategic, and customer-centric - the successful candidate, together with the rest of the team, will seek to improve upon our key KPIs by retaining and engaging with both potential and existing customers across multiple channels.

The Content & Community Associate will:

    • Drive local content marketing and Tala Community initiatives in close collaboration with the Global Brand & Community Manager and the Global Social Media Lead
    • Measure the success and/or failure of both small and large scale content initiatives through performance metrics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others)
    • Create and ensure regular cadence of relevant, high quality content to improve engagement and reach of Tala’s owned channels
    • Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Collections, and Research to uncover valuable insights that can inspire the creation of content that aims to improve the overall Tala experience for customers
    • Contribute in designing exciting, innovative campaigns targeted at Filipino customers
    • Engage and activate both online and offline initiatives aimed at improving engagement within the Tala Community space
    • Stay atop market landscape, creative, and technological trends and make recommendations on new content marketing strategies

What you'll need:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience in Marketing/Advertising with demonstrated experience in content creation and community management
    • Ability express and translate creative ideas through copy in both Filipino and English
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other web analytics toolsIs able to craft valuable insights and actionable recommendations coming from performance metrics
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, including campaign planning, coordinating activities with various team members and flexibly adapting to changes.
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with distributed teams
    • Self-starter, solution-oriented, and can-do attitude
    • Customer-centric with empathy towards the mission of improving the lives of low- to middle-income financially unbanked Filipinos.
